Liodice to depart advertisers group
The $80M-revenue Association of National Advertisers (ANA) announced Bob Liodice will step down as chief executive officer at the end of this year. Liodice will stay on in an advisory role through March 2027.
Liodice joined the ANA in 1995 and has served as CEO for 23 of those years.
“Bob’s leadership has been transformational,” said ANA board chairman Dean Aragón. “He expanded the ANA’s influence and played a central role in advancing the standards and practices that define modern marketing.”
The ANA board and former chairman Marc Pritchard will facilitate the search for Liodice’s successor.
Staff Departures
American Society of Association Executives — Reggie Henry will retire from his ASAE role as chief information and performance excellence officer, after 30 years of service. Henry will stay in his role until the end of August.
U.S. Chamber of Commerce — Zach Helzer has left his role as senior director for Europe at the $226M-revenue U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has joined the luxury jewelry company De Beers as vice president and head of government affairs and industry relations for North America.
Staff Arrivals
The International Dairy Foods Association —Maggie McClain is joining the $12M -revenue IDFA as vice president of communications. McClain currently serves as senior vice president of brand impact at FleishmanHillard.
National Institute of Building Sciences — Jade L. Rung has joined the $23M-revenueNIBS as chief growth officer. Most recently, Rung served as senior vice president and regional practice lead for bridge and transportation at consulting firm Michael Baker International.
Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association — Lucas West is now executive vice president and head of advocacy at the $62M-revenue Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. He was previously the association’s managing director of federal government affairs.
The Security Industry Association — Amanda Garzon has joined the $9M-revenue SIA as chief operating officer. She has spent the past 14 years at the Hydrocephalus Association, where she held several leadership roles, including COO.
