CEO Update Roundtables
Confidential peer communities for the leaders who run associations — CEOs, COOs, and CCOs.
The people who best understand your toughest leadership problems are the people facing the same ones. CEO Update Roundtables bring together senior association executives — by role — for candid, off-the-record conversations, expert-led programming, and a network you can actually call on.
Why association leaders join a Roundtable
CEO Update Roundtables are built for association and nonprofit leaders navigating the distinct demands of member value, board governance, advocacy, and revenue diversification. Because every member leads within the association or nonprofit space, conversations can focus immediately on the issues that matter most.
Groups are intentionally small and role-specific, creating a trusted environment for candid discussion, practical insight, and meaningful peer connections. Members leave with perspectives they can apply to their organizations—and relationships that continue well beyond the meeting.

New: Executive Advisory Councils
Your Roundtable gives you a peer community. Executive Advisory Councils give you a personal board of advisors within it that complement in-person engagements with standing virtual meetings. These are small, curated virtual councils — 10 to 15 leaders matched by role, revenue band, organization type, and tenure — that meet several times a year for 90-minute sessions combining confidential, top-of-mind problem-solving with a strategic theme the group chooses together.
- Format: 10–15 members per council, matched by role, revenue band, org structure, and tenure
- Cadence: Virtual, several times a year, 90 minutes per session
- Included with Roundtable membership — apply once and get matched to a council
- Currently open to CEO Update Roundtable members, with plans to open to more leadership roles soon
