Beddard named leader of real estate group

Alison Beddard has been appointed CEO of the $8.3M-revenue Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, effective July 28. She will succeed Wendy Mann, who led the organization for eight years before stepping down in January.

“(Alison) brings an extraordinary combination of executive-level industry expertise, successful leadership within CREW, and an unwavering commitment to advancing women in commercial real estate,” said Cindy MacMillan, 2025 CREW Network president. Our vision for the future demands bold leadership — and we know Alison is the right leader to take CREW into the future.”

Beddard has spent the past 20 years at global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as managing principal of the Washington and Oregon regions.

She has a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and dietetics from Virginia Tech.

Miller to helm investment group

The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) announced Jade Miller has been named CEO of the $4.8M-revenue group. She succeeds John Harrison, who recently retired after 13 years in charge. 

“This is an exciting new chapter in ADISA’s history,” said Matt Iak, president of ADISA’s board. “Jade understands today’s alternatives landscape, the needs of our members, and how to drive strategic change while preserving the culture that sets ADISA apart. She is the right leader at the right time."

Miller joins ADISA following over seven years at real estate investment company Bourne Financial Group, where she most recently served as president of capital markets. She also served as the youngest president of the ADISA Board of Directors.

She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Alabama.

American Council of Engineering Companies—Molly Tuttle has joined $21M-revenue ACEC as director of workforce development. She previously spent nearly five years at infrastructure consulting firm AECOM, where she served as associate vice president of strategic communications. She also served as director of communications at the Semiconductor Industry Association. 

American Securities Association—$2.3M-revenue ASA recently elevated two of its staff.

         Jessica Giroux has been promoted to chief legal officer. She joined ASA in 2023 as general counsel and head of fixed income policy. She previously held government and public affairs roles at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Kelli McMorrow is now chief advocacy officer. She joined ASA in 2020 and previously served as head of government affairs. Earlier in her career, she was chief of staff to former Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas) and held policy roles with other industry associations.

Edison Electric Institute—$96M-revenue EEI announced several changes to its leadership team.

         Holly Greaves joins the group as chief administrative officer. She previously spent nearly six years as chief financial officer of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. She also served as chief financial officer of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 

         Kristen Siegele has been promoted to executive director of government affairs for tax, accounting and finance. She joined EEI in 2022 as director of government relations. She previously served as a legislative assistant and policy advisor on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and held legislative roles with Sens. Mike Crapo and Rob Portman.

Kristine Telford has been promoted to vice president of state engagement and public affairs at the Edison Electric Institute. She joined EEI in 2017 and has held a series of leadership roles in external and public affairs. Earlier in her career, she was a senior director at The Herald Group and held public affairs positions at Burson-Marsteller and the DCI Group.

National Council of Nonprofits—Natalia Vanegas is now vice president of communications at $2.4M-revenue NCN. Previously, she served as assistant secretary for public affairs at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

TechNet—Bryn McDonough has joined $14M-revenue TechNet as counsel and director of federal policy and government relations. She spent the past three years at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she most recently served as chief of staff for the Office of the Deputy Secretary.
