Craig to head Chicago-area medical association Craig The $19 million-revenue American Association of Neurological Surgeons has promoted Kathleen Craig to executive director. She replaces Tom Marshall, who recently stepped down after leading the Chicago-area organization for 15 years. Craig previously was deputy executive director at AANS and has been interim executive director since November 2015.
