The latest compensation study from the American Research Company Inc. reports that the average association CEO pay continues to grow, but is rising at the slowest pace ever recorded in the 19 years of the study. “Salary increases are way, way down,” said Jeannine James, president of the Great Falls, Va.-based ARC.
