The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) selected China Miner Gorman to serve as acting CEO, current President and CEO Susan Meisinger announced June 22. Gorman is the society’s chief operations officer. Meisinger announced her retirement as the chief executive officer of the $97 million-revenue professional association in January. Her last day is June 30, and will cap a six-year tenure at the group’s helm.
