Government Relations The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America has announced the selection of Bob Filippone and Tom Moore as the new vice presidents of Federal Government Affairs. Filippone, who has worked in the office of the Secretary of Defense and at the Raytheon Co., most recently served as staff director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Moore worked at PhRMA as director of federal affairs until 2005, then joined Amgen, Inc., a California biotechnology company, where he worked as director of international corporate affairs.
