Administration Four senior staffers are leaving the American Petroleum Institute in what API President Jack Gerard called the next step in the group’s ongoing restructuring. Jim Ford, head of federal relations, Brenda Hargett, chief financial officer, Jim Craig, vice president of policy and communications and Doug Morris, group director for upstream and industry operations, “will be moving on by the end of the year,” Gerard told CEO Update.
