Government Relations Joseph L. Engelhard joins the American Insurance Association as vice president of federal affairs. Before joining the group, Engelhard served as chief of staff to the executive vice president of the Inter-American Development Bank. Previously, he worked in senior positions with the U.S. Treasury Department, the House Financial Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Domestic and International Monetary Policy and the Joint Economic Committee.
