Allmond to lead Bethesda, Md.-based group Allmond Bill Allmond has been appointed president and CEO of the $2 million-revenue Adhesive and Sealant Council, effective Aug. 15. He replaces Matt Croson, who left in June to become president of the American Gear Manufacturers Association. Allmond joins the Bethesda, Md.-based ASC after a decade with the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates, where he is vice president of government and public relations.
