CEO of the American Red Cross, Mark Everson, abruptly resigned Tuesday because of a relationship with a subordinate employee. He led the charity since May 29, 2007.Upon discovering he “engaged in a personal relationship with a subordinate employee,” the Red Cross board of governors requested Everson’s resignation and appointed Mary S.
