Lackritz Named Sole CEO at SIFMA The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association announced the appointment of Marc E. Lackritz as sole CEO. SIFMA was created by the November 2006 merger of the Securities Industry Association and the Bond Market Association. Prior to the merger, Lackritz was president of the SIA and Micah S. Green was president and CEO of BMA. Since the merger was announced last year, Lackritz and Green have been serving as co-CEOs.
