The Federal Communications Commission and Congress can expect visits from new coalitions interested in molding the Internet, including the Open Internet Coalition (OIC) and the Coalition of Organizations for Accessible Technology (COAT). The OIC is advocating affordable high-speed Internet access for all Americans and the need for a national broadband policy, and COAT, formed in March, seeks broadband and wireless web-access for people with disabilities.
