Corporate tax code widely viewed as flawed, but each provision has constituency. The rallying cry for tax reform has reached the ears of Congress deficit supercommittee. Problem is, tax reform is in the eye of the beholder. And the 12-member panel has just until Nov. 23 to submit its plan to Congress.
