Brady led National Automobile Dealers Association during a time of industry upheaval that took a toll on the organization. Phillip Brady, president of the National Automobile Dealers Association for more than a decade, is leaving the McLean, Va.-based group in August to coordinate lobbying for petrochemical company Phillips 66.
