Longtime CEO had retired at beginning of year; Global Travel Business Association announces passing of VP Zuccaro Matt Zuccaro, the former CEO of Helicopter International Association, has died, the Alexandria, Va.-based group announced Feb. 26. A cause of death was not given. Zuccaro retired from the $14 million-revenue HAI in January after leading the group since 2005. He was previously chairman of the association's board of directors.
