More than half of nonprofit professionals say they have observed various forms of misconduct and unethical behavior—including financial fraud—inside their organizations, according to a new survey about the ethical culture of nonprofit groups. Most striking, the survey found that more employees inside traditional mission-driven groups witnessed such financial fraud than those in the business and government sectors.
