CEO Update: Executive Compensation Strategy & Contracts is a high-level, practical forum designed specifically for association and nonprofit C-suite leaders and executive decision-makers. This session focuses on the real-world dynamics of executive contract negotiation and compensation strategy between CEOs, boards, and compensation committees.
Through a focused panel of legal, compensation, and governance experts, executives will gain insight into current market and nonprofit compensation trends, how boards and committees are thinking about CEO and senior team pay, and the levers that matter most at the negotiating table.
