CEOs may have to make painful decisions in first months at the helm

It’s not easy being the new kid on the block. It’s harder still when you’re the new kid shaking up the neighborhood, overhauling the landscaping or evicting longtime residents.That’s what some CEOs face when they are brought in to revamp a flagging association.
