Associations with hybrid staff continue downsizing to smaller, modern offices

With the pandemic nearly four years in the rearview mirror, staff at many associations are still working hybrid schedules, splitting their week between in-office and remote work. For some organizations, that’s meant downsizing to smaller offices to minimize costs while maintaining a vibrant work culture.That’s the trend leading the 185-year-old American Statistical Association (ASA), based in Alexandria, Virginia, to usher in a new era this spring.
