A truck was reassembled in the lobby of the American Trucking Associations' new headquarters. The American Trucking Associations had left Washington, D.C., for Virginia in 1984. Now, ATA is back in a location that CEO Chris Spear said puts the 90-year-old organization "at the doorstep of decision-makers."That's not hyperbole.
