Six association staffers win advocacy fellowships The Bryce Harlow Foundation has granted graduate fellowships for the 2018-19 school year to six association advocacy staffers. In all, 25 graduate students in fields such as law, business and public policy were awarded the $8,000 fellowship, out of more than 65 applicants, the foundation said in a statement.
