New CEO moves from Chief Executives Organization Geiger The $12M-revenue Association of Fundraising Professionals has named Mike Geiger its new president and CEO, effective Nov. 1. Geiger most recently was executive director and COO of the Chief Executives Organization. He previously had spent seven years as the CFO of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and then six years as VP and CFO of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Geiger fills the post that has been occupied for 17 months by interim leader Jason Lee, who had replaced former CEO, Andrew Watt.
