Departures Yerger leaves Council of Institutional InvestorsAnn Yerger will resign as executive director of the $3M-revenue Council of Institutional Investors to pursue other professional opportunities, effective July 3. Yerger joined CII in 1996 as director of research and became executive director in 2005. She previously was deputy director of the Investor Responsibility Research Center's corporate governance service and spent five years in the domestic corporate banking division of Wachovia Bank.
