James Tom James, CEO of the Truck Renting and Leasing Association, died of an apparent heart attack Dec. 15 at his home in Arlington, Va. He was 51. James joined the $2 million-revenue, Alexandria, Va.-based organization in 2002 as senior vice president of government relations.
