New association emerges for Web-based health insurance brokers A coalition of Web-based health insurance brokers announced Monday they have formed the Association of Web-Based Health Insurance Brokers, a new group that will advocate for changes to enable the private sector to facilitate consumer enrollment in state and federal health insurance exchange marketplaces.
