Departures Barr Dufrane Fridsma Baron Horne Gertsmann Ulman to exit Livestrong Doug Ulman is stepping down as CEO of the $38M-revenue Livestrong Foundation, the Austin,Texas-based cancer charity started by former star cyclist Lance Armstrong. Ulman has led the foundation for 14 years.
