David Mongillo, 64, who recently retired as vice president for policy and medical affairs at the American Clinical Laboratory Association, died last month at his home in Ruckersville, Va. He had complications of ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease. "He was a tremendous asset for the American Clinical Laboratory Association because of his background and experience.
