Leadership change in the federal government prompted Frank (Skip) Bowman to decide to retire early from the Nuclear Energy Institute’s top position. Marvin Fertel, NEI’s executive vice president and chief nuclear officer, is now guiding the organization as acting president and CEO during a transition period.
