BICSI appoints new CEO BICSI, the professional society promoting information transport systems, appointed John D. Clark as the executive director and CEO of the Tampa, Fla.-based group. He started Sept. 22 and succeeds David C. Cranmer. Clark comes to the role from leading the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, in Exton Pa., and previously spent 28 years as a marketing executive in the cable and telecommunication industries.
