A pattern of questionable behavior among senior executives at the Smithsonian Institute has some officials and nonprofit experts asking if a lax ethical culture has developed across the museum system. On April 23, a U.S. District judge dismissed charges against Smithsonian Business Ventures Vice President Jeanny Kim who was accused of assaulting a museum custodian trying to prevent the museum official from entering without proper access cards.
