BIO Promotes DiLenge to General Counsel After just six months of navigating complex legal issues for the Biotechnology Industrial Organization, Tom DiLenge has been promoted to vice president and general counsel. Since joining BIO in November 2005, DiLenge has served as deputy general counsel and as acting general counsel since February. He succeeds W.
