Departures Cathcart Cathcart to leave consumer specialty group Chris Cathcart will retire as president and CEO of the $6M-revenue Consumer Specialty Products Association in January 2017. Cathcart has led CSPA since 2000. In addition to his duties as CEO, he also heads the association's insurance company, Consumer Specialties Insurance Co.
