Johnston CEO Departures Krause leaves SME Jeff Krause is stepping down after nearly four years as executive director and CEO of the $49M-revenue SME, formerly known as the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Sandra Bouckley, the 2017 board president, has been named interim CEO of the Southfield, Mich.-based group. Previously, Krause was VP of operations at Intraco USA, an international trade company in the automotive sector and other industries. He has an MBA from Harvard University.
