Departures Busky Bowers to exit physical therapy association Michael Bowers will step down as CEO of the $46M-revenue American Physical Therapy Association in Alexandria, Va., on April 30. Justin Moore, the association's EVP of public affairs, has been appointed acting CEO. APTA provided no reason for Bowers' departure. The CEO joined the group in 2014 after 26 years at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, including nearly 20 years as executive director.
