Pandemic prompts lasting office changes

Despite the pandemic’s impact on the economy, meetings and revenue for many groups, association hiring has continued. Some associations have hired up to 25% of their current staff in the past 10 months. Many of these new employees have never met their coworkers in person.

Association leaders say it is pivotal to integrate new hires into their culture and make them feel like a part of a team in a remote environment.
