Ernie Rosenberg tells his staff that the American Cleaning Institute must be heard. It has to be understood. And it has to be believed.

“That last part for a trade association is the hardest thing to do,” Rosenberg said. “So you have to have something that balances out the advocacy, which doesn’t endear you to the environmental groups and others.”
