#ASAE18 sets record for attendance
Many organizations talk the talk of diversity and inclusion, with varying degrees of walking the walk.
Incoming ASAE chair Sal Martino, longtime CEO of the $24 million-revenue American Society of Radiologic Technologists, sees himself as proof that ASAE walks the talk.
“I am the first openly gay chair of ASAE,” he announced—to applause—at the Aug. 21 closing general session of the organization’s Annual Meeting & Exposition in Chicago.
