New CEO has spent more than two decades in associations

Kerry Stackpole has been named CEO and executive director of the $1.5M-revenue Plumbing Manufacturers International, based in Rolling Meadows, Ill. He succeeds Barbara Higgens, who is stepping down after 19 years as PMI’s leader.
He has spent more than two decades in associations, including as president and CEO of the Printing and Graphics Association Mid-Atlantic in Columbia, Md., as interim CEO and strategy consultant for Association Management Group Inc., and as founder and CEO of Neoterica Partners, a firm providing interim service and strategic consulting to nonprofits.
From Sept. 2014 to June 2017, Stackpole was an advance team leader for the executive office of the U.S. president. He received his master’s degree in organization and management development from Cambridge College.
