Have you heard the news? Software and robots will take our jobs!

Okay, it’s a bit more complicated than that. Lately the media has been littered with stories about how robots are beginning to replace human workers. Automation that replaces humans and impacts the workforce is a very real fact that we will confront for the next few generations. How we deal with this reality will guide us to a utopic or dystopic future.

But take a step back from the ledge. We live now, not in a science fiction movie. Let’s consider that there is technology today that can help your association make faster and smarter decisions much more efficiently, without having to hand out pink slips.
