Executive search consultant Jill Christie has deep roots in the association and nonprofit communities, including at the local level where she still volunteers as a tutor at a Chicago organization she once headed.
Christie led Tutoring Chicago for 10 years, but late in her tenure there, Mary Ann Tuft—the founder of Tuft & Associates and Christie’s aunt—persuaded her to do some work on the side for the firm. Christie joined the firm full time in 2004; she became president three years ago when Tuft retired.
