After a buoyant rebound from the recession, CEO compensation growth at associations with more than $10 million in revenue is settling in at a lower—but still robust—level.

Median CEO take-home pay for the most recent reporting period was $476,697, up 4.1 percent from CEO Update’s compensation survey last year. The 2013 pay analysis revealed 4.5 percent growth, while compensation grew 4.8 percent in the 2012 survey.
