Making member well-being part of your group’s mission

From providing resources for mental health to financial planning, some groups launch efforts to improve their members’ lives

Some associations have made the well-being of their members a priority in their programming, although they have taken different approaches to the topic.

The American Nurses Association, through the American Nurses Foundation, partnered with other nursing groups last year to help nurses deal with stress and trauma caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, the National Association of Realtors has focused on aiding their members with financial well-being, providing resources to help Realtors save for retirement and make other sound financial decisions.
