From the rooftop terrace of the National Association of Realtors building in Washington, D.C., visitors can take in a stunning view of the U.S. Capitol building. Turn around and they can get another inspiring view: nearly 500 names—including maybe their own—engraved on the RPAC Hall of Fame wall.

The honor goes to association members who make an “investment” of $25,000 or more (in the course of a lifetime) to NAR’s political action committee.
