Speak with Bob Goldberg and it won’t be long before he talks about disruptive innovation—a topic that fascinates the new CEO of the National Association of Realtors.
That interest comes in part from Goldberg’s own background. One of the CEO’s first jobs after college was working as the national media spokesperson for a company that stored and distributed job resumes in an electronic database some two decades before the launch of LinkedIn. Later, when he joined NAR as a staff executive, Goldberg helped launch the online real estate listing service Realtor.com and played a leading role in establishing several of the association’s business partnerships.
