CEO Arrivals

Klotz takes reins at metals group

David Klotz took over as president of the $6.7M-revenue Precision Metalforming Association Feb. 1. He has been an active PMA member for 25 years, according to the group.

Previously, he was CEO for Tebis America, a developer of CAD and CAM software for the tool, die and mold manufacturing industries. He also worked as senior manager of the Plex Automotive & Industrial Mid-Market sales team for eight years.

Bonham to lead ESOP Association

James Bonham will become CEO of  The ESOP Association March 1. The $6.3M-revenue group advocates for companies that offer a type of retirement plan known as employee stock ownership plans. Bonham will also be president of the Employee Ownership Foundation, an affiliated nonprofit.
