If you want your career to take off, you have to go for escape velocity. Your career is already on a trajectory—do nothing and it will be carried forward by inertia. But if you want to hasten or even change course in the association world, you need to break free of constraints holding you back.
My work with association leaders is usually aimed at organizational strategy as they seek to propel their groups forward. But some leaders also meet monthly in a “CEO Innovation Community” which I facilitate for those who want to invest in their own development.
