Rebuilding website to help members promote themselves reversed negative trends at Society for Experiential Graphic Design

When Clive Roux became CEO of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design in December 2012, he faced a daunting challenge. The group was nearly broke and losing members, and the members who remained were aging.  

I knew we needed to make changes the membership would see immediately,” he said. 

The answer to survival and revival came through  SEGD’s most valuable asset: the website.
